Excluded Scenario: The opportunities and possibilities of cooperation between ISIS and Al-Qaeda in Yemen
Various factors restrict ISIS’ capability to expand and spread in Yemen; the tribal customs do not conform with the savage practices of the terrorist organization, and the Arab coalition forces and international powers will not accept this expansion. It is also unlikely that ISIS and Al-Qaeda would resort to cooperation, for the time being, due to the negative repercussions for both organizations should such a cooperation occur.
